Recently I was struggling with a stubborn-tempered air conditioner at home in Hotlanta this summer. This experience made me appreciate the importance of trusting someone who could respond to my needs timely, cost effectively and with the utmost competency. For those who have lived in Atlanta in August ,(or vacationed on the equator – it’s all the same) you learn to appreciate the luxurious benefits of a functioning air conditioner, and when it breaks down or does not perform as you expec,t it can be.….well let’s just say a bit more than just an inconvenience. With that said, it gave way to my thoughts around choosing a managed services partner who just makes things work and allows you to focus on your business, as a business should.
